φ120+φ75×2 optical superposition type double layer co extrusion production line
The φ120+φ75 superimposed co-extrusion production line is to form two superimposed positions of two independent production lines with a center height difference of 300 mm during installation. The goal is to increase the productivity by allowing employees on one production line to operate two production lines simultaneously.
The main parts of the two production lines are co-extruded with φ120+φ75, and the center height differs by 300mm. One is 800mm and the other is 1100mm. At the time of installation, the center of the machine head is staggered by 250 mm, and the center of the screw is staggered by 4,200 mm. The purpose of this installation is to ensure that the cables do not interfere with each other during production in the two production lines.
1. The production line with a height of 800mm in the center: the line, front traction, sink, rear traction, take-up and other equipment, except for the center height is 800mm, are installed in the usual way. The production line with a center height of 1100mm: the center height of each equipment is 1100mm. Except for the main engine, the center line of other equipment is different from the center line of the previous production line by 3000mm. That is, at the rear 3000mm.
2. Each production line is equipped with a water tank with a center height difference of 300mm. The center line is staggered by 250mm. One sink is longer than the other, and the two sinks are placed next to each other and the tail of the sink is aligned.
3. After the equipment on the 1100mm center line is in front of the machine head and after the water tank, there are 2 sets of turning guide rollers to guide the cable to turn, so that the center distance between the two cables on other parts is 3000mm, which is convenient for equipment installation and use.
