Production process
Pay-off (cage) – Electrolytic degreasing – Four-stage water rinse (the first stage is hot water rinse) – Acid electrolysis – Three-stage water rinse – Primary nickel plating – Recovery – Recovery – Three-stage water rinse – Hot water wash – Drying – Spool take-up machine
