Description

Brief Introduction:

Copper rod continuous casting machine is specially used for making copper rod with different sizes. The production procedures are as follows:

1.copper cathode to be put in the furnace through the lifting system for baking
2.adjust the feeding speed according to the casting speed
3.feed the copper cathode into the melting furnace for melting (charcoal or graphite scale to be used for avoiding the oxygen)
4.copper liquid flow into the transition part (charcoal or graphite scale still need to be used for avoiding the oxygen)
5.copper liquid flow into the holding furnace (charcoal or graphite scale still need to be used for avoiding the oxygen)
6.copper liquid flow into the crystallizer, and the copper rods come out from crystallizer
7.copper rods flow into the upward casting device and go through the output frame
8.copper rods go through the separate shelf on the top (to separate each rod)
9.copper rods go through the support rack on the ground (to control the take up speed)
10.copper rods go through the take up machine, and finish coiling.

Copper Melting Furnace

Working Principles:

1.The content capacity for melting and holding furnace is ~6T

2.The copper liquid should be kept with the height of 600-650cm in the furnace body.

3.The crystallizer will be sunk 20cm by upward casting device to touch the liquid, with the help of crystallizer water jacket to make the liquid copper to solid copper rods.

4.There’s buttons up and down on the support rack to automatically control the casting speed.

5.The coiling is made by itself with the force from take up machine.
